ONE - Respect yourself, all other members, guests and staff. Being rude and disrespectful only makes you look bad. We want to give a friendly environment to all those around us. --- If you are found disrespecting or being rude to another member, guest or staff member you will first be given a warning via PM. Second offense, you will be suspended for one week. Third violation, we will have to ask you to leave. TWO - Registering: Sign up under any name you’d like. Before posting your application please change your name to FIRST MIDDLE LAST, in proper capitalization. Example: Miranda Elyse Caruthers. THREE - Now that you’ve registered, you want to fill out the application. You’re really lucky, we have several different applications; freestyle, long and quick list. Take your pick and post up your application, but don’t start posting until you’ve been approved. It usually does not take long for our admins to approve apps, so be patient! FOUR- After you have been accepted, if you don't stop anywhere else, please go and claim your faces. If you don't claim your face and someone else does you lose your and we don't want that so please make your claims. FIVE - Now, once you’ve been approved make sure that you stay active! Activity is a must. The ICC does not substitute for threading/postage. It is a privilege, so please do not abuse it. We want to keep everyone active, we have plenty of friendly members that are willing to thread & post with ALL members. If we notice posting and threading is going down hill we will be forced to close the IC-Chat and we will do an activity check. SIX - On that note, you must log in to your characters at least once a week. The reason is because we do random checks weekly to see who hasn’t been logging in to their accounts. Unless you have an absence notice up, there are no exceptions. If they have not been logged in over 15 days they will be deleted. Also, the absence notes should have dates when you are not going to be available. Once you are back, please pm an admin to delete your absence notice. SEVEN - While NM does not have a word count, we would appreciate if you give your fellow rp'ers something to work with. 2 full paragraphs should be sufficient. That being said, they don't have to be 300 words each. 50 words each will do. EIGHT - Whilst we’re on the topic of activity… we love new characters, we really, really do. However, we don’t like when someone makes a dozen characters and only posts threads with one and IC’s the rest. That’s not what our site is about. So, if you have an idea to make a new character and you have over 3 characters, you must have an active thread for each of them. NINE - God Modding is a big no-no. We all know that its wrong and that we shouldn’t do it… so lets not. Okay! TEN - Deaths and Births and other major life changes. These things have to be okay’d by ALL admins and ALL parties involved. You cannot decide to get your girl character pregnant by someone else’s guy character without their knowledge or approval. Also, you cannot have her get pregnant without ALL of the Admin’s okays. If you decide to make a character that is already pregnant, you must get the approval from ALL admins before she can be approved. Same goes with any death’s or major life changes like that. If you have a question about this or want to be approved PM any member of the staff team. ELEVEN - We’re almost done, I promise. The next thing we want to address is the ratio. There has been an influx of female characters. If you are making multiple characters you must have a 4 to 1 ratio. For every 4 girls you make, you must make 1 guy. If you have four girls and make another, your fifth girl will be denied. TWELVELast but not least… GRAPHICS! We just ask that you do not stretch the boards.
