"At Least It Was Here" starts shortly after the start of the second season. The main study group, Jeff, Britta, Annie, Troy, Abed, Shirley & Pierce, are all taking Anthropology 101, currently taught by Dr. Ian Duncan. The aftermath of the end of season one has already been dealt with and resolved. Now, the group has new dilemmas to deal with, such as former Spanish teacher, and current fellow student, Señor Ben Chang wanting to join the main study group, much to their dismay. Unfortunately for them, the school year's just starting, so things are bound to only get crazier! What misadventures and predicaments will the students of Greendale Community College get themselves into next?
