We all have a secret - but the people in Spring Oaks Community have big secrets - they are paranormal beings. Spring Oaks Community was built up by professor Harvey Lancaster to give asylum for the paranormal beings on Earth. The gated community is located about fourteen miles to northwest from San Francisco city centre. Every paranormal being is welcomed here but as they move in, their every movement is followed via a little microchip inserted in their body. It's only a precaution to keep them safe and sound. Everyone is free to work and go outside the gates as long as they don't reveal their true natures publicly.
