[/center] The Byrd Institute was an established residential treatment group home for troubled youth in the foster system. But when several residents committed suicide at the same time, the Institute was placed under investigation.
Six months later, it reopened in a new location. Things are far from what it use to be like. Tension is high, the patience of the staff is wearing thin, and the children...well, to be honest, the foster kids were never that normal to begin with.
